These include encrypted Australian servers, participant de-identification before AI processing, access controls, and Cloudflare security infrastructure.

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please only access the Services within a secure environment.

Do We Collect Information from Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Withdrawing your consent

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. NDIS Participant Data

Important — NDIS Provider Notice

NoteScribe processes documentation related to NDIS participants on behalf of registered providers. Participant information entered into NoteScribe by support workers is de-identified before being processed by any AI system. Participant names and identifying information are never transmitted to external AI platforms.

All participant-related data is stored on encrypted Australian servers and is never used to train AI models, sold, or shared with third parties beyond those listed in this policy.

Registered NDIS providers retain ownership of all participant documentation created using NoteScribe.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
